The Story

The Bleach Project began with a transformation.

A garment damaged by bleach became something more interesting than it had been before.

Instead of being discarded, it was reimagined.

What began as an accident became a process.
A way of seeing potential where others saw waste.
A way of turning the ordinary into something entirely individual.

That idea became a collection.

That collection became a brand.

Our Philosophy

We believe in transformation.

Not perfection.

Not mass production.

Not following trends.

We believe in taking something familiar and giving it a new identity.

Whether through bleach, print, texture, silhouette, or design, every piece begins with the same question:

What could this become?

The Process

Every collection starts with an idea and evolves through experimentation.

Some pieces are reclaimed and reworked.

Some are created from entirely new garments.

Others explore our aesthetic through print, pattern, and object design.

No matter the medium, the intention remains the same:

To create pieces with character, individuality, and a sense of permanence.

Mother + Daughter

The Bleach Project is built on two creative perspectives.

One shaped by decades of instinctive, hands-on making.

The other by experimentation, artistic expression, and a desire to challenge convention.

Together, they create pieces that sit somewhere between fashion and artwork.

Personal.

Wearable.

Unrepeatable.

The Vision

The Bleach Project is not defined by a single garment or technique.

It is an ongoing exploration of transformation.

A growing archive of clothing, objects, and ideas.

A place where individuality comes first.

Where craftsmanship matters.

And where the most interesting things are rarely made twice.
