Returns & Refunds

At The Bleach Project, every piece is selected, created, or transformed with intention.

Many of our garments are one-of-one, limited edition, or individually reworked by hand. Because of this, we ask that customers read product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unworn
Unwashed
In their original condition
Returned with any original tags attached

To request a return, please contact us through our Contact page or email us with your order number.

Once approved, return instructions will be provided.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless an item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

One-of-One Pieces

Many items within The Bleach Project are individually transformed by hand.

Natural variations in bleaching, dyeing, distressing, texture, colour, print placement, and finishing are part of the character of the garment and should not be considered faults.

No two pieces are ever exactly the same.

These details are what make each garment unique.

Vintage & Reworked Garments

Some pieces begin life as pre-owned or vintage garments before being reworked in our studio.

While every item is carefully inspected and restored where necessary, minor signs of age or previous wear may occasionally remain and form part of the garment’s story.

Any significant imperfections will always be disclosed within the product description.
